There are a lot of new technologies out there (thin solar panels, LED lights, green roofs, etc.) as well as new systems for Green Building Compliance (LEED, Energystar, ASHRAE, etc.).  The proliferation of new systems and products makes it virtually impossible for anyone not directly involved in the industry to make an educated and financially feasible conclusion on the “best and highest” use of your investment dollar.

Every building is different.  Here at E-3, we also cater to those building owners that require a limited amount of sustainable and green project services such as recommending contractors and/or an analysis of your existing building through simple walkthroughs or complex computer energy simulations (click here for more information on our Energy Audits Program).

We don’t sell products, and as such are not encumbered by the need to sell you something that a good engineering examination will reveal that it is either not appropriate for your specific building, or that there are other products on the market that will yield better results and more savings down the road.  On the other hand, you may very well find that your building is very efficient and by employing simple and very inexpensive methods, you are able to maximize your savings even more.
